Greystone Farm at Salem is a very nice place. The staff is caring and amazing. In a short amount of time, they knew my aunt's name and they know my name and husband's name when we go to visit. Anything you ask, they get and can take care of pretty much. I really have no complaints at all and she's very happy there. The maintenance is good and the overall feeling is she thinks she's in her home. They make you feel very welcome and they take excellent care of my aunt. The food is also very good.

Greystone Farm at Salem came very highly rated because of the nursing quality there. They have plenty of activities, but my mother-in-law has only been there for two weeks and we hope to get her more involved. They have been wonderful, so far. They serve three meals a day and snacks. The staff has been absolutely fantastic. They’ve been good about getting her up and mobile, and trying to get her down to the dining room. If she doesn’t go down to the dining room, they will bring snacks to her apartment. She likes the food there. Housekeeping, the meals, all the activities, and personal care are all included in the payment. They also have a beauty salon. There's a doctor on-site that will see her but she will have to go to the doctor's office off-site for anything major. The problem right now is we don’t have a point person to connect with to find out about her situation, which usually should be the social services person, but they don’t have that there.
