At Kirkwood Corners, we have gone the extra mile to create a living environment that duplicates the feeling of living at home with the benefit of supportive services. This means your loved one will live surrounded by friends while receiving care from compassionate caregivers. We also encourage families to remain part of our residents' lives and join us for holiday celebrations, barbeques or just drop by for an afternoon visit.
Kirkwood Corners is owned by Blue Harbor Senior Living. An operator of senior communities based out of Portland, Oregon, Blue Harbor Senior Living has communities in seven states.
Featured Amenities
The bed and breakfast atmosphere found throughout our community allows our residents to truly feel at home. On sunny days, residents may be found gathering on the spacious sun porch or taking a stroll on the walking trail. We also offer daily activities that include pet visits, musical programs and spiritual services.
New residents can select from a private or semiprivate apartment, and we encourage them to bring personal mementos to make it feel like their own. The monthly fee covers basic utilities, cable and maintenance services.
Available Services
Dining with friends is always on the menu in the community dining room, which makes the made-from-scratch meals even more enjoyable. Resident favorites include Greek salad, BBQ brisket and coconut cream pie, and there are many other offerings on the menu every day.
It is not only meal preparation that we take care of for our residents but also housekeeping, laundry and transportation for errands. Upon joining Kirkwood Corners, residents receive a care plan that is tailored to meet their individual choices, interests and needs. Along with providing assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing and bathing), we also offer therapy services, diabetic care and safety checks.
