Partridge House Senior Living Community consists of 40 apartments in scenic downtown Hampton, NH. We are located just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, shopping and 1 hour from three major airports in Boston, MA, Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. Residents can choose from either a small studio, large studio or one bedroom apartment. All apartments are equipped with microwave, mini fridge and private bathrooms. After going for a swim in our indoor pool, residents and their families or friends can enjoy cocktails by the fireplace, pool table, outdoor patio or enjoy a home cooked meal in our one of four common area kitchens. We also offer restaurant-style dining in our elegantly appointed main dining room. Accommodations may be made to have meals delivered to your room as well. Residents enjoy many activities, van services, beauty salon, courtyard, laundry service and many other amenities.

When joining our community, each resident receives an individual service plan which outlines the level of services we will provide. The newly renovated Holiday Kittery Estates is a pet-friendly, independent senior living community located in historic Kittery, Maine, just minutes from scenic Kittery Point and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Kittery Estates features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, basic cable TV, and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Covered parking is available.

The community's well-maintained grounds feature patio space, gardens, and walking paths. Indoor common areas are designed to foster engagement and include an event room, theater, fitness center, and private dining room. Upon move-in, each resident receives a wearable Lively® Mobile Plus GPS device, which provides 24/7 emergency medical and personal assistance both within the community and outside it. Physical and occupational therapy and home care services are available on-site from third-party providers for an additional cost.
