Sage Creek Post-Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Las Vegas for seniors who require short-term care and support while recovering from an illness or injury. Treatments include occupational, physical and speech therapy. This Medicare-registered facility is staffed by nurses and care aides who tend to residents, providing assistance with the activities of daily living including mobility, feeding and bathing, as well as supervision and guidance during physical therapy.
The facility is equipped with a therapy area and a gym for seniors to use. Meal service is included, with residents have the option of dining in their rooms or in the facility's dining area. 1st class Facility!Food was excellent.Staff friendly caring and compassionate.Thoroughly enjoyed the courtyard!Would definitely recommend Sage Creek!
