I can not say enough good words to fully describe the outstanding care and service the staff at Saunders House provided for my Dad while he was a resident there. Everyone I was in contact with,the Manager, nurse, medical aids, cleaning aids, cooks and other assistants cared for my Dad as if he was a family member of their own. It was a great peace of mind to have him in their care as he was definitely at home away from home. The facility is very attractive, clean and welcoming, but again, what makes Saunders House special is the people.

My mother has been a resident in Saunders House for about a year and a half. Three months of this time her medical issues caused her to be at a different facility, but her apartment was retained and the staff continued to connect with me and visit Mom to keep connection with her. Their effort to make appropriate transitions to and from Saunders House have been exceptional. During the months of residence she has been very happy with the people and place and called it HOME after only a few weeks in residence. I cannot adequately express the "beyond the call of duty" service for Mom and support of our family that the facility administrator, Damien; nurse, Deb and all of the other staff have provided through some very challenging situations. I recommend without reservation this facility for assisted living.
