Our five levels of assisted living offer individualized care to meet the unique needs of each resident. With support for activities of daily living including areas such as medication management. We enable our residents to maintain independence to suit their lifestyle, as well as any acute and long-term care needs through a progressively supportive model of care.
MEMORY CARE
At The Brant, we offer specialized memory care services that provide personalized care and support for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our memory care team is trained to provide comprehensive care that focuses on each resident’s unique needs.
We understand that memory loss can be a challenging experience for seniors and their families. That’s why we strive to create a safe, supportive environment where our residents can maintain their dignity and independence while receiving the care they need.
