Available Services
Our experienced staff is available 24 hours a day and provides residents with different levels of care as needed. My father moved into Crown Pointe. I'm very, very pleased with the support so far, everybody has been wonderful, he loves the meals, and he absolutely loves the room that we got him. It was everything that was on our short list of what we were looking for. It was on the first floor, right next to the dining area, and it had a separate bedroom. It met all of our needs, and they have been nothing but wonderful so far. The staff is absolutely wonderful, we had a little bit of a mix up with the medication, but they called me immediately, and straightened it out for us; it wasn't their fault that the medication was off. They took care of it immediately, let me know every single thing that was going on, and because he is currently in semi-quarantine due to COVID, they have been calling me at least once a day to let me know what's going on in his room, so believe me, it has been a wonderful experience. He has played bingo, gone to movie nights, and get-togethers. He hasn't gotten a chance to do the exercises and things like that that he wants to do because of the quarantine, but they're already set up to work with him on the mobility scooter we just bought.

Crown Pointe was very good and the food was very good. I liked the facility. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. They just didn't have a Catholic chapel.

My mother moved into Crown Pointe and she's doing fine. Her room has always been clean every time I go there, and she hasn't made a complaint about the food at all. They do activities every day. They have an activity room, and they also have an outside area that they go to and it's very nice.

Crown Pointe was very nice and I liked the layout. The staff member who showed us around was very pleasant, helpful, and took us to two different-sized suites, a therapy room, a wash room, and dining room. It was a good, full tour. The dining room looked very nice and clean, with a fireplace in the middle and an open seating arrangement.

Crown Pointe seemed like it was a very good place to go. The staff or people who work there seemed very nice and very competent. The apartments looked like they were roomy and reasonably priced. They had activities and plenty of common spaces, and I liked the exercise room and the theater. Even the menu at the dining hall seemed pretty good.
