At The Brant, we offer specialized memory care services that provide personalized care and support for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our memory care team is trained to provide comprehensive care that focuses on each resident’s unique needs.

We understand that memory loss can be a challenging experience for seniors and their families. That’s why we strive to create a safe, supportive environment where our residents can maintain their dignity and independence while receiving the care they need.

The Brant at Gretna

CountryHouse in Elkhorn opened in January 2021. Our gorgeous community is designed purposefully for those with dementia. At capacity, we are home to 40 residents who are cared for by a team specifically trained to help those who live with the challenges brought forth by memory loss. A sister community, in nearby Millard, is just six miles away. CountryHouse Elkhorn offers three room choices: companion, private, deluxe private. Each room offers a private bathroom (shared in companion rooms) with a walk in shower. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and treasured items to make their space comfortable and familiar.
