At Big Sky on Waterford Senior Living, we help make the transition feel comfortable(COMPLETE BULL), respectful(NOPE), and right for everyone involved(MAYBE BUT DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE DONE RIGHT OR THE WAY YOU ARE TOLD AND COMMUNICATION IS NON EXISTENT EXCEPT FROM THE MAIN DIRECTOR AND SALES). With cozy apartments(TRUE), chef-prepared meals(TRUE), daily activities(TRUE), and 24/7 support(MONDAY-FRIDAY 8-6 and don't expect a call back ever), your loved one will feel safe(TRUE), valued(QUESTIONABLE) and at home(TRUE), and you’ll feel reassured knowing they’re in a community that truly cares(ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE).

If you are concerned with your loved ones care do go to Big Sky Senior Living. Big building, poor facility. Leadership is non-existent, staff very lazy, incredible turn over in all departments but upper management. Nursing is provided by an LPN who spends no time on the floor with residents. Personal care is very poor, my visit with my father on Father\'s Day he had not been shaved for at least 10 days I found this very sad for my dad to look so unkept on such a special day. I did question management, Lori told me \"is shaving really that important\". I do not recommend this facility. My father has been moved to another facility.
