All caregivers receive Alzheimer's and dementia best care practice training and are required to receive on-going training on a regular basis.

An Executive Director and Nursing Coordinator provide on-going education, training and emotional support to staff, residents, and family. Certified nursing assistants (CNA/Level 1 Med Tech) are present and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
