I visited Brookdale Ridgeland, the people were very nice, and the rooms were a good size. The facility itself was older, it’s not as fresh, but it’s decent. The staff was very helpful, very responsive, and the price point was very good.

My mother is at Chateau Ridgeland, and it's been pretty good. They play some games, do bingo on a regular basis, and have music. They serve three meals a day and celebrate birthdays. They do their laundry, but we're not using that at this time. We're paying extra for the senior care services here. They have a service that will take them out, but it's only for people who can get around pretty well. The staff is very good, nice people. She said the food is great, and they have a variety of activities.

We visited Chateau Ridgeland. It's a convenient place, it's spacious enough, and it had all the amenities we need. It's a very good place in the end of a commercial area, right at the edge of a residential area, and it's easy to get to. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I liked Chateau's location, appearance, rooms, accomodation, and people I met, both the staff and the residents. They had activities that everyone was doing when I visited. What's really nice is because Chateau Ridgeland is a part of a chain, and I could travel and stay in other communities in that chain whenever I want for free. They invited me to enjoy their Sunday brunch, but my daughter was with me and she had other plans, so we didn't take them up on it. The food looked wonderful. They had everything.

My tour of Chateau Ridgeland was very satisfactory. The staff was wonderful, and I got a couple of follow-up calls after our visit. They were very nice, very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everybody I saw was smiling and speaking. It was lunch and several of the residents stopped by our table and spoke to us. The food was very nice.
