Wellstead Senior Living Place

Nestled in a quiet suburb of Minneapolis, our retirement community is made up of two neighboring homes: The Wellstead of Rogers, our Alzheimer's care home, and Diamondcrest, our independent and assisted living residence. We are currently the largest Alzheimer's care community in Minnesota and have expanded our campus several times to increase our capacity.

The Wellstead of Rogers is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

The Wellstead of Rogers dementia and Alzheimer's care residence occupies a finely landscaped 20-acre campus. Our private and companion suites feature in-floor heating with individually controlled thermostat. Residents may explore our secure garden and courtyard areas, enjoy a treat in our ice cream parlor or join a fun event in our Town Hall activity center.

At Diamondcrest, residents enjoy spacious apartment living with full-size kitchens, walk-in closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, in-suite climate control and heated, underground parking. Our community also boasts a deluxe fitness center, hair salon and whirlpool spa.

Available Services

For the comfort and convenience of all our residents, we provide weekly housekeeping, routine grounds maintenance and scheduled transportation to local appointments and outings. Residents of our assisted living and memory care residences also enjoy daily, restaurant-style meals, linen and laundry service and assistance with personal tasks such as bathing, eating and dressing.

The Wellstead of Rogers is dedicated to providing quality care services for all stages of memory loss including hospice care. A Registered Nurse is on staff seven days a week and supervision from our direct care nursing staff is available 24 hours a day.
