Poor overall care. Unprofessional staff, some snotty. Food needs help. Common sense is lacking, off the street people who need way more training to do this type of job. Medication mishaps, bathroom needs well beyond negletful . Our elderly deserve better. Absolutely no value added service with exception of small number of staff. Walls of facility are nice, it\'s the care inside that needs major help.
