My mom moved here a couple months ago and loves this place. The manager is wonderful and tries so hard to keep this place a safe, comfortable, warm environment for all. Staff are great, good food and plenty to do to keep busy!

I would not recommend the Residence at North Ridge, and they have a lot of issues they need to take care of. My mother stayed there, she was in transitional care; that was fine, but they transferred her to long-term care, and they were subpar. They left her sitting in the dining table in her wheelchair for 2 hours. The other time, I observed her sitting in her excrement for I dont know how long, and she wasnt given a shower for 2 ½ weeks. I also saw a lady asking for people to take her to the dining room, everyone that passed her in the hallway ignored her request, and I came down and took her to the dining room. Theyre bad. I saw residents participate in the activities, and I saw people more cognitive, alert, and able to participate in events.
