H&H GROUP HOME LLC

We currently have openings in our licensed Assisted Living Facilty. We are located in St. Louis Park behind Knollwood Mall. We provide 24 hours living services for male and female residents.

H & H Group Home is conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, county libraries, beauty salons, movie theaters, parks and lakes.

We accept CADI waivers, BI waivers and Elderly waivers.
