Stoney River Assisted Living & Memory Care

Mount Zion Care Services is a faith-based 24-hour Assisted Living Facility located in Anoka Minnesota. We provide high-quality care to elderly clients 55 and above. We accept CADI waivers, Elderly waivers and private pay. Our home is a w/c accessible home, with 3 bedrooms at the main level and 2 private rooms at the lower level. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, TV, dressers, phones and cable services. we provide 24-hour staffing. Staff are trained to meet the needs of each individual under our care. The safety of the residents is our major priority at Mt Zion. Care is provided irrespective of race, color and gender.

Our services include medication management, ADLs, tube feeding management, catheter care, meal preparation, shopping, transporting residents to appointments and day programs, coordinating with other providers to provide services not rendered at the home like therapy.
