It was very nice and friendly. They accommodated us very well during our visit. I was impressed. It's a busy place, and they do a lot of things to entertain the people there, and we appreciate that. It was very nice, but it was not what we were looking for. We were also a little disappointed with the storage.

It was very lovely and very welcoming. They had a comfortable looking lobby area. We were immediately greeted by a staff member and were taken around the building. She was terrific. I was very impressed with them, as was my sister. They were eating a meal and enjoying themselves. Everyone who passed by was positive and said, "Welcome." We saw a 1-bedroom room, which was wonderful. The place had lots of light and enough activities -- it felt a cruise ship -- you can do something every minute. The menu was marvelous. It had a very comfortable looking atmosphere. They residents also go off the campus or off the property.

Visitor

The Inn at Cass Lake was a lovely facility, but it was surrounded by apartment complexes, so it didn’t give any feeling of openness. The facility, the apartments, and the people were nice. You have to drive in right past a whole bunch of apartment complexes, so that wasn’t for me.
