Our one- and two-bedroom apartments at Independence Village of Midland feature a full kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, and spacious closets. We handle the household chores of housekeeping and laundry by providing bi-weekly housekeeping service and weekly flat linen service. All utilities are included, except for telephone. When residents want to relax outside their apartment, there are plenty of comfortable gathering areas including a library and patio.

We also conduct daily and nightly check-ins and offer medication management and assistance scheduling doctor appointments.
