I am/was a resident of this facility
I really like Botsford Commons because they have many activities for all of us to do. The security here is fantastic and if you have a problem, they're here in minutes. Every condo has a pull sting alarm so they're here almost instantly. I just love it here. It's fantastic and the service is great. The few staff members that I've talked to are great. There are concerts, Bingo, singing, and everything you could possibly want. There is a dining room and a coffee shop where they serve food, and everyone can use it.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My sister lived at Botsford Commons. It was excellent and the care was great. I have nothing bad to say about it. I liked the dining area. Everybody eats there and orders like in a restaurant. My sister played bingo and they had a tricycle car show, which she enjoyed. The rooms were good, nice, and spacious. I liked that they had telephones by the bed for each person. The only negative is you couldn't get telephone cell service and Wi-Fi was hard to get. The staff was great and attentive. You don't need to wait three or four hours for someone change you when you're wet.

I visited this facility
Botsford Commons is a little expensive for us. The rooms were about the same as others. They only showed us the rooms and didn't talk too much about the amenities. I didn't really like it as much because of the expense. They had two levels of care and were located in a beautiful area.
