Unlike larger facilities that have a 12:1 resident-to-staff ratio, we have a maximum 6:1 resident-to-staff ratio. This means that we can provide personalized care and individual attention to residents above and beyond what they can receive at larger facilities. We are staffed around the clock, 24/7. Our staff cook three delicious meals a day, help clean the home and the residents if needed, can operate medical equipment, and provide other care services.
