Benchmark Senior Living at Waltham Crossings was very clean. Everything about it was nice. I just didn't like the session going on when I was there. A woman was talking about art using a slide show and the elderly residents that were in there were way back, and I don't think they could even hear her. It was not the level of presentation I wanted if you're going to hear a speaker; it was kind of sad. The rooms were very small. Otherwise, it was a nice place. The food looked good, and the people were very nice. I was impressed overall. There were people sitting and talking in the dining room and the sitting area, but they were frailer than my mother and they were mostly in walkers and wheelchairs. The staff during the tour was excellent.
