Prospect House

Nestled in the oceanfront town of Revere just five miles northeast of Boston, Prospect House is a community of 109 apartment homes designed specifically for seniors in need of assisted living or Alzheimer's care. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable living to seniors, and we offer several public financing options to income-eligible residents.

Prospect House is proud to partner with HallKeen Management, a Norwood-based property management organization with more than 25 years of experience in providing high-quality residential accommodations and services to New England seniors.

Our assisted living apartment homes feature full bathrooms, ample closet space, central air, plush carpeting and convenient kitchenettes. Our memory care apartments may be lived in privately or with a roommate and include all utilities except for telephone service.

Through our innovative S.T.A.R.^® (Sharp Thinking Active Residents) Program, seniors at Prospect House enjoy 24 hours of social programming a day. Residents can keep fit with our walking club, explore their creative side during a watercolor class, join with friends in a prayer circle or expand their minds with our regular speaker series.

Available Services

Our community has staff on site around the clock to lend a helping hand as needed. Our professional caregivers provide caring and compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming and handling medications.

To ensure our residents are enjoying a carefree retirement lifestyle, we also offer scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, linen service, laundering of personal items and facilities maintenance. Meals are also served three times a day in our dining room.
