Nestled in a walker's paradise, Susan Bailis House is a vibrant assisted living community that has been serving Massachusetts seniors age 62 and older since 2003. We are centrally located just minutes from Symphony Hall, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, offering residents easy access to some of the finest cultural amenities that Boston has to offer.
Susan Bailis House is proud to partner with HallKeen Management, a local real estate company based out of Norwood, Massachusetts, to provide high-quality residential accommodations and services to seniors.
Private accommodations are available in a selection of deluxe studio and one-bedroom apartment floor plans. Residences feature private bathrooms, full kitchenettes, individually controlled thermostats, wall-to-wall carpeting, ample storage space and a 24-hour emergency alert system. Many apartments also boast scenic views of the city skyline.
Residents of Susan Bailis House enjoy a number of community amenities right on site from our well-stocked formal library and baby grand piano to our peaceful outdoor courtyard and garden. Our lovely music room offers views of Symphony Hall while exciting lectures and social events are held in the Saint Botolph Community Room.
As an assisted living community, we provide comprehensive and personalized supportive care to those in need of an extra helping hand with life's daily activities. Our staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with dressing, showering, meals and medication. We are also able to arrange additional outside services such as skilled nursing and physical, occupational and speech therapies as required.
To make life at our community as hassle-free as possible, our staff take care of the weekly housekeeping and linen service, arrange transportation to medical appointments, provide 24-hour security, organize fun activities and serve three delicious meals in our dining room daily. Our community also boasts a heated underground parking garage for both residents and guests.
