Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, washer and dryer hookups, and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Garage parking is also available.

The well-maintained grounds feature a garden and gathering space. Indoor common areas are designed to foster engagement and include an event space, theater, fitness center, and private dining room.
