Here at Schooner Estates, we have been welcoming seniors into our community for over 25 years, our goal is to make sure that each resident lives and maintains their quality of life, we want our residents to continue to explore their interest and live life to the fullest.
Featured Amenities
In our independent living apartments, we provide our residents with one daily meal that is served in our elegant dining rooms and served by our on-site chefs. We also provide weekly housekeeping visits, cable TV, climate control, and WiFi are included. For our residents that are in need assisted living, we provide a studio that includes a kitchenette, large closet, and private bathrooms.
We provide our residents with three meals a day with escorts to and from the table. Each assisted living resident receives climate control, cable TV, and WiFi in their rooms. Our memory care studios provided we create an environment where residents feel loved and cared for, we encourage our residents to live active, fulfilling lives.
Available Services
For our residents who are in need of assisted living, we provide medication reminders, assistance with oxygen equipment, and assistance applying compression stockings. We also will provide personal care assistance such as linen changing, toilet needs, bathing, showering, dressing, shampooing, and grooming.
We provide nail and manicure services to our residents, escorting to activities and meals, and assistance with exercises. We assist our residents with measuring blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Administration of nebulizer treatments, ointments, inhalers, eye drops, insulin, and blood sugar testing. We will also gladly provide assistance with light meal preparation and social visits. An emergency is provided to our residents to ensure they are safe at all times.

I visited this facility
My parents will be moving into Schooner Estates. We had a good visit. The place is a very well-maintained and inviting facility where everybody seems very positive and happy with being there. The staff is wonderful and answered all of our questions. They will be moving into a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and everything they will need. They have plenty of activities going on, like buses going to different events, shopping, holiday events, card clubs, music clubs, and a monthly paper that my mom is going to be involved in. The food is good.
