Morning Pointe of Richmond is above average and very clean. It's in a nice location with nicer apartments. I actually walked in there without an appointment because if they know someone's coming they'd spruce the place up. I know this because I volunteered at a nursing home for three years. The staff at Morning Pointe was very friendly and attentive. For the price, it was a nice setup, and the place was kept very clean and there were no smells. You walk in there, and you get a comfortable, good feeling. They have a card area, a courtyard, and a TV room. I see different rooms to keep people active during the day. They have the residents in different sections based on their capacity.
