This waiver assists seniors with the cost of home health aides that are hired independently or employed by an agency. It also covers the cost of adult day health care, delivered meals, respite services for primary caregivers and certain home modifications. We liked it. They showed us little sewing rooms for the residents. The rooms were very nice. The placement of the microwaves and the kitchen seemed awfully high for a lot of older people who tend to get shorter with age. The outdoor spaces were really nice, like the balconies. We saw were they do movies, exercise, and physical therapy. They don't do meals over there. We liked the space and the staff was nice and engaged with a lot of the residents.
