Dominion Senior Living at Northfield

Dominion Senior Living of Louisville will be located in Northfield and will strive to meet and exceed seniors' spiritual, mental and physical needs on a daily basis through technological integration, life enrichment activities and professionally trained nurses and caregivers who are available 24 hours a day. The 42,000 square foot one-story building will include 41 assisted living and 20 memory care apartments. Dominion Senior Living plans to open in the Fall of 2018.

Our goal as an assisted living community is to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence while supporting and helping with the activities of daily living. Our team uses a person-centered approach to create a custom plan for each senior, giving you the peace of mind in knowing we meet their personal needs.

Our memory care program, known as Tapestry by Dominion Senior Livingâ„¢, is designed to weave a person's life history, skills, interests, and routine into a personalized program. We carefully consider every detail of our program beginning with the layout of the memory care community and hiring specially trained team members, to life enrichment programming, nutrition, and coordination of health-related services. Dominion Senior Living at Northfield's Life Enrichment program engages the minds, bodies, and souls of our residents. Our person-centered approach allows each resident to choose how they spend their day enjoying our fun activities.
