With its own library, ample recreation space and an in-house beauty/barber shop, residents of Brookdale Derby always have something to do. The single-level layout makes the facility easily accessible to all residents, so everyone can enjoy all of our amenities.

Available in three floor plans, perfect for individual or companion living, each of our apartments is equipped with its own private bath complete with no-slip surfaces. Units are also equipped with individual climate controls, and cable hookup is available.

Brookdale Derby is an intimate, yet vibrant community complete with library, barber/beauty shop, recreation and activity room and an outdoor courtyard. Our activities allow residents to become involved in the community. In addition to the programs offered on site, there are many opportunities for outside outings.

With a friendly wait staff and well-trained chefs, residents are treated to restaurant-style meals every day. Low sodium and heart-healthy meals are made flavorful and delicious using only fresh ingredients. Residents' preferences are always taken into account when designing menu selections.

We offer customized assisted living for seniors based on their preferences. Our trained staff provide many services, including bathing and showering help, assistance with dressing, hygiene and escort.

Our housekeeping services, laundry services and medication support allow every resident to have everything they need to be comfortable in our community.

Nurses that are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and our state-of-the-art emergency response system is consistently monitored by our staff ensure residents are well cared for and protected.
