Lexington Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center accepts referrals for long-term ventilator care and complex medical needs. We have a professional staff of respiratory therapists, registered nurses, CNAs and physical, occupational and speech therapists who work together with the resident and family to develop an individualized plan of care.
