QHC Humboldt North, LLC is licensed to provide skilled and intermediate nursing care for long- or short-term stays, as well as has a secure CCDI Unit. The CCDI Unit serves those with Alzheimer's and other related disorders in secure surroundings with emphasis on simplicity and a relaxed atmosphere. We also have a sister facility located in Humboldt, QHC Humboldt South, LLC.
