BeeHive Homes of Lafayette, offers care, love, and security for you and your loved one. We are a 20 bed Assisted Living Facility dedicated to individuals with a variety of memory deficiency issues. We have residents who have dementia, Alzheimer's, closed brain injuries, and Parkinson's. Our residents' daily activities are geared towards their memory issues. We work to sustain their decline and cause them to flourish in our environment.
We have an open door policy, so feel free to stop by to visit your loved one anytime. We provide daily living assistance, focused on offering a comfortable environment for your loved one to thrive in their golden years. Our caring and compassionate staff takes care of all your loved one's needs, ensuring they are kept safe and healthy while they stay with us. We setup a variety of activities and events designed to give your loved one an environment to make friends and maintain their social contact. These activities help to keep your loved one's mental health strong, while also providing a fun and enjoyable time.
Our building was specifically designed for residents with cognitive issues. Each resident has a private "apartment" which includes a private bathroom, a large sitting/sleeping area and a closet. We offer you a bed (headboard/frame), a night stand, and a dresser for your use in the room. If you prefer to bring your own, you are more than welcome to. We encourage you to bring any furniture that may make your loved one more comfortable. Personalize their room to feel like home, because it is!!
