My mom was there for first for rehab, and then for long term care and I can\'t compliment them enough...from the reception staff to the nurses and therapists; they were all so friendly and helpful.  It was a very positive experience.

My mom was a resident of Burgess Square Healthcare Center, and it was nice. We couldn't see her because of COVID, but the people that I interacted with were very nice too. My sister and I didn't know what to do, and they were very helpful. They arranged everything, and kept us updated every day because we both couldn't be around. 

She was in a private room and had it all by herself. She started off on a walker and then to a two-person assist. I think it was just because my mom's health declined.

The facility was also clean. They had tables and chairs that they were bringing out for spring, and a little grass and stuff around.
