The staff neglects their patients. The food is repulsive. It costs a fortune. Basically you're better off not going to this facility. When we brought these issues to the attention of the head "nurse" she got mad at us. This place is so awful they didn't even notice my mom developing sepsis.

Brookdale Pocatello was immaculate, open, and roomy. It seemed that the residents were more active. The director was really friendly and helpful. The dining area looked really good and open. They have a beauty shop and ice cream machine.
