Staff can also help residents with healthcare tasks, like managing medications and following instructions from physicians, and they also provide incontinence care. Staff members are prepared to assist residents with memory issues or disorientation and are specifically trained in de-escalating exit-seeking behaviors. The facility also provides three daily meals.
