I like the staff at Southern Pines including the director. The people are very friendly and seem to be genuinely caring toward their residents. I like that the place is kind of spread out, spacious, and doesn’t look institutional. There are two or three activities scheduled every day, like ice cream socials, dancing, and music. They provide three meals a day and have a service to take the residents to doctors' appointments. They basically do everything and they take care of him round the clock. Some parts of the place need to be updated but they are in the process of doing that now.
