I was very pleased with Brookdale Rome. The lady was very kind and gentle and she did a good job showing us around. They showed me one of the apartments, the dining hall, where the activities were, and explained about the program. She gave me a wonderful peach pie to take home.

We went to Brookdale Rome. It was very pleasant. The woman was very knowledgeable. We sat down with her for about 40 minutes, then she took us to see one of the rooms that we're interested in. She sent us home with a folder of a bunch of information including the square footage because I want to picture my furniture in that size room. We saw the activity room and the dining room, which were very nice. I really like the dining room setup because there is not a set time that you have to go. It is very nice. They have activities all the time, like card groups and game nights. The room had a bunch of games that you could play at anytime with friends. There are exercise opportunities. They're always bringing people in from the outside especially in the music line. The staff was excellent. Everybody was very friendly, spoke to us, and smiled. It's a very friendly atmosphere. The room sizes were small, but the place was very pristine.
