Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, Magnolia Manor South, Georgia offers a range of senior living options, including independent living and assisted living, allowing residents to gracefully age in place.

Since our first community opened its doors in 1963, Magnolia Manor, a ministry of the United Methodist Church, has made it our mission to provide older adults a quality lifestyle within a loving Christian atmosphere. Over the following 40 years, our non-profit organization has made additions and improvements to our campus and expanded the number of our communities to serve more seniors throughout the state of Georgia. We now serve the needs of over 1,200 individuals of all faiths each and every day with services including independent living, assisted living, personal care, memory care and skilled nursing.

The beauty of Magnolia Manor South is in the variety of living options that are available to fit your or your loved one’s needs. Floor plans include spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with either kitchens or kitchenettes and a balcony or screened porch, depending on your choice.

Mealtime is an important center of everyone’s life and our culinary staff prepares three delicious and healthy meals each day in our restaurant-style dining room. With a variety of social and planned recreational activities, our staff works to incorporate each resident’s interests.

Available Services

We take care of essentials such as housekeeping, personal laundry and linens. Even better, utilities, with the exception of telephone, are included in one convenient monthly rent. With on-site services such as a beauty and barber shop, we have everything you could need in one place.

Because Magnolia Manor South provides assisted living to support you with activities of daily living such as medication administration so you or your loved one can age in place. With 24 hour awake-staff attending to our emergency response system, safety and comfort is assured.
