We selected The Retreat at Conyers. The way that it was set up was phenomenal, e.g., the open floor plans and the rooms. They reserved two rooms for my mother-in-law. So far, we're pretty pleased with the way it's going. They have an outdoor courtyard and an outdoor patio connected to the room. We didn't go on a virtual tour. I can't say much about the spaces on the inside other than my mother-in-law's room. The room opens up onto a sort of an atrium where the attendants are not far, which is good. They have daily activities that are hosted by an activity director. They have all the things that we could want. The food was good. Right now, we're pleased with The Retreat at Conyers.
We've chosen the community for my father-in-law and were pleased so far. He's in the independent side. They went outside the community a lot which was good. The staff was pleasant and the food is pretty good.
My father has lived in an independent apartment at Remington House for almost 3 years. I chose this facility because of its excellent reputation. I have been very pleased and, most importantly, dad is very happy. His apartment is safe and very comfortable. The staff is professional and caring. He has lots of friends -old and new. The food is good. Housekeeping is excellent. He has everything he needs. Remington House is very convenient to shopping, doctors and the hospital. I have only praise for Remington House! I highly recommend it.
I love this place. It makes you feel at home and the staff and residents are very sweet. The residents have a great environment to live and great things to do there. I had a my clinical there and loved it to the max. I would say it is a great place to live and the food and staff are out of this world. If you get a chance to go visit please do. You will love what you see.
