Additionally, applicants must meet the requirements of the Section 8 rental assistance program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and satisfy the admissions criteria of Branan Lodge. Monthly rental rates vary according to an individual's income. Wesley Mountain Village offers affordable retirement cottages for sale, available for persons 55 years and older. We handle maintenance and outdoor upkeep (mowing the grass, cleaning the gutters, etc.
