I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
On March 19 my husband moved into Autumn Leaves, he was walking on his own, had no sores or open wounds on his body. Two weeks later he was in the hospital with pneumonia, mulitple pressure sores (stage 2 and 3), irregular heart beat, rash, swollen legs and feet and could not stand or walk on his own. They do not want you to visit the first two weeks so you can imagine my horror at seeing him in the ER.
