Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center offers a continuum of care through our on-site Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care program designed to maximize each patient's highest level of function. We are committed to excellence in quality of care with nursing staff available 24 hours a day. Our nurses are compassionate, dedicated and knowledgeable. We offer person-centered care in a facility designed to create a comfortable home-like environment. Patients and their support system are the center of the rehabilitation process and individualized treatment plans are developed around their needs. The staff at Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center conducts care conferences to encourage patients, as well as their family members to work with our team of professionals as they set realistic treatment goals.
