I didn't spend much time at Palm Cottages when I visited, but its location and the grounds were OK. The staff was very friendly. However, it was expensive. I thought their group kind of living was cramped too.

Palm Cottages was very nice, clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have activities for the residents, they take them out on trips, and they have Catholic services come in. They serve three meals a day, and they showed me private and semi-private apartments. The rooms looked clean with nice handicapped bathrooms. I noticed that the staff was outside, sitting with the residents, and were engaged.

My mother has been staying at Palm Cottages for over a year. It's all-inclusive for one price which is one thing I really like since it makes it easy for paying. They throw really good parties and festivities for families and the people living there. The cottages are small and there's a small group of people in each cottage, so it's really nice and intimate. They have a van to go out on outings, which is really nice. The staff is really nice and good. I loved the grounds and I love going there because it's visually pleasing. They have shared rooms and small studios. The pricing is good and pretty comparable. They have cooks so they have homecooked meals.

We found Palm Cottages for my mom, and she's there for three months now. She loves it, and she's comfortable. It's clean, neat, and very nice. The staff was excellent, and very caring. She's in a shared room. They have cottages with 10 rooms to a cottage, two beds in each room, and a common area where the TV is, and a table they sit at for their meals. My mother loves the food and the activities.
