Description of Agape Health and Wellness Oasis

Our facility is located in the beautiful equestrian community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We provide daily living assistance and care for adults and seniors. We take care and attention to resident needs and have an onsite Nurse practitioner, Dr. Martine Senatus PMHNP-BC FNP-BC who specializes in primary care and psychiatric mental Health. You can rest assured your care is in the best, quality safe and caring hands.

We Provide:

Comfortable housing
Nutritional meals
Assistance with activities of daily living i.e. Bathing, ambulating, transferring, eating
Daily activities for mental and physical stimulation
Arrange medication delivery and management
Assistance with making appointments, and arranging transportation

Our on site resident amenities include:
