The Tremont was very good. The staff who accommodated me was kind and very friendly. There were different sizes of rooms. They had a swimming pool, some games, different rooms for different activities, and a beauty salon. I loved it. It was like living in a cruise. It was very comfortable and very nice. They had friendly people, too.

Business Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review Diana. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you again!

The Tremont was great. I loved it, and that's where mom wants to go. The size and layout of the apartments were fine. We needed a studio and that worked out fine. I saw people doing things, and there was a game room. They had movie nights, shopping, boat cruise, and gambling. The social activities were pretty interesting. The staff was very personable. I had a good grilled cheese sandwich. You can order food all the time. The facility was very well kept.

Business Response

Thank you for stopping by Marisol. We are happy to read you love The Tremont as much as we do!

The Tremont is excellent. It's a beautiful place, the staff is great, and everything is perfect. I love it. They have a lot of activities and everything that people would need. They try to keep the people active with all kinds of crafts, movies, music and so on. There's only one issue I don't like about Tremont, which is the same for everybody, and that's the fact that there's only one elevator. There are stairs scattered but it would be good to have more elevators. The staff and amenities are great. They've got arts and crafts classes, bingo, movie nights, and transportation to doctor's offices at different locations at different times. They've also got trips to the mall and public supermarket. The food is very good.

The Tremont was amazing. The staff who showed me the place was so nice, caring, warm, and wonderful. The amenities were great and the facility was wonderful and clean. They had a pool and classes and things the seniors were involved in that were tremendous. The dining room was lovely, and the food was really good. They came by in a cart and you got to pick what you wanted. It wasn't just the staff that was welcoming, but the people living there were wonderful, too. While we were touring, they stopped and engaged with my dad. You could tell that they were really happy.

Everybody has been friendly and accommodating at The Tremont. The residents seem to be pretty active. I hope my dad will fit in there because he's not quite as active. The meals are good and the facilities are very lovely. So far, we've been happy with everything there. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and seems to know my dad already even when he's only been there less than two weeks.

Business Response

Hi Cindy, thanks for choosing The Tremont as your dad\'s new home! We have enjoyed having him as a resident. We hope everything is still going well, if there are any issues, please reach out!

We loved The Tremont. It was beautiful and felt like we were on a cruise ship. They had beautiful dining. The grounds and the inside space were beautiful and very well kept. We enjoyed the people. They were very sweet and set us up with some people to eat lunch with who were very kind. I asked around and they said they all love it there. The one thing that I didn't like was that once you get sick or are unable to care for yourself, you have to leave. The food was restaurant-style with a menu for each meal of four choices. What I had was delicious.

The Tremont was a great place with very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. We talked to a couple of residents who really loved the place. We ate lunch there, and the food was great. The sample apartment was well decorated and the size we expected: not overly large but not small. The only drawback was it was on a very busy street.

The Tremont was nice. They have a pool and an activity room. They have activities going on. The landscape was nice, the building was nice, and the residents were friendly. I had people sit down and talk to us. It's a beautiful building and the interior was nice, but it is only independent living. The dining area was beautiful the way they've got it laid out. We had lunch there and the food was good. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable.

I liked The Tremont. It's very nice. It is two stories and they have apartments with kitchens so you can cook. They have plenty of parking and it's well-maintained. They have a lot of group activities so residents are not left alone. They take them out as well.

My parents moved into the Tremont last January. It's been great, and they're very happy there. The community has three floors, they serve 3 meals a day, and have housekeeping once a week. They have a lot of activities, they always celebrate holidays, and it's just a real, homey environment.

We had a good appointment at The Tremont. They took us around and explained everything, but the buy-in factor and the monthly payments of around $4,000 is more than I can afford. They had many activities for the residents, like a swimming pool. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The facility was a first-class operation.

My dad has been happily settled at The Tremont for over a month now. When you walk in, it's lively, people smile, the place is very light, and it just looks clean, neat, and bright. The residents are friendly, and my dad made friends. The dining room is like a restaurant, they have a menu, but they have choices. We've eaten there with dad a number of times, and we always liked it. There was no rule about dressing up for dinner, and there's no assigned seating. The people who worked there were really happy to be there. I feel like it's a very safe atmosphere.

The food at Tremont is very good and they have many activities. They have three floors with elevators for the residents to go up and down to and go to activities in their walker. Their halls are very large and the surrounding area is very beautiful. The people who manage the place are nice and accommodating. I wish my mother could stay here, but she is currently in the hospital right now.

We moved our parents to The Tremont a week ago, and so far, it's been great. It is close to our house. The people running the place are really good, helpful, and very nice. It is a husband and wife that run the place, and we like them both. They are very kind, and I see them working with the people. That’s why we chose this place.

The Tremont had everything that my father needs and wants. The people were nice. They care about the people there. We even sat with a resident and she liked it. She told us the different things that they have and do and she's been there for three years or more. It had a very friendly atmosphere, but it almost looked like you're living in a hotel. The apartments were set up really nice. The staff answered all my questions, helped with different things and he was very informative. It's a clean facility. I didn't have an issue with anything. Food wise, they could try to get better choices.

I Visited This Community

I visited Tremont. It was very nice and clean but a little bit expensive. The people were wonderful. They had a barbershop, beauty shop, swimming pool, and walking trails around the place. I found out is the staff who are taking care of laundry, cleaning, and showing the place are also the ones who wait on tables at lunchtime. They don't have regular waiters. The staff does more than just one thing. I know they take you shopping once or twice a week, and if you have to go to the doctor, they will take you there. They're really friendly and very nice. Even when we walk through the halls or the elevators, everybody said greetings.

The Tremont was very depressing, and it smelled bad. It wasn't very good. Everything was very outdated, dirty and old. The room that they showed us was pretty old and dirty. The carpet smelled, too. The staff was average, and their amenities were not good at all. They had a swimming pool, but old people are not going to go in a swimming pool. The rooms were more like studios, and they had kitchens.
