Assisted living residents at The Harmony can select the studio or one-bedroom floor plan, with a private or semi-private option. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and has utilities, including cable and internet. Small pets are welcomed. The three meals a day are served restaurant-style, and room service is also available. Residents can also relax in the landscaped courtyard or spacious library.

The floor plan options for memory care residents at The Serenades come in both an alcove standard or suite standard arrangements with an option of private or companion accommodations. Rooms include a memory box and emergency call systems, along with motion and bed sensors. The shared community space is designed in a neighborhood setting to encourage familiarity and security. Dining is neighborhood-style with three meals and snacks. A secured courtyard with flowerbeds allows residents to relax outside.
