I visited this facilityReview of Cascade Heights

The Cascade Heights was depressing. The rooms were dirty. The staff members were nice, and they took me to the dining room, the mail room, and the apartments. They don't have laundry in the room. You have to go into the main lobby and do your laundry, so we didn't like that.

I like it here at Cascade Heights. The people are so friendly and the meals are wonderful. I have a lovely screened-in porch. They have bingo and games, horseraces, and they're going to have an Elvis impersonator soon. It's really fun. They have a lot of really interesting things. It's lovely, they have nice grounds, and they keep everything up perfectly. The maintenance people are wonderful and anytime you need something they're right there to help you. The food and the waiters are wonderful. The activities are wonderful and the people that run them are exceptional. I'm very happy with everything.

I'm in The Palms of Longwood, and I really love this place. I have a great room, it's beautiful, the people are great, and the food is excellent. I couldn't ask for anything more. The rooms are mostly alike, some are different than others, but not by much, and I'm in a private room. There's an activity room, but not everybody participates. I participate in the church group.

When it's time to move a parent into an assisted-living facility, it can be tough to figure out which is the best fit. The Palms of Longwood helped create a smooth transition to my mom’s new home. They understand that family is an important role for their residents and go above and behind in include us in mom’s care plan, as well as make us feel welcomed at every visit. I sincerely appreciate all they do for my mom!

Brookdale Longwood is extremely nice. The people and residents are very friendly and happy. It reminded us more of an independent living facility that my mom used to live in. Everything is just what we wanted it to be.
