We like Valencia Hills because they kept my father-in-law. All of the staff is really good to him, and he can wander around and be safe at the same time. They switched him from one wing to the other. He was in short-term care and now he's in long-term care. They work with hospices too. It's a good facility. They have a little bit of everything, like day trips where they go out to eat, television, an activities director, and three meals plus snacks. They're good, very caring, very knowledgeable, and understand the disease process of Alzheimer's. They even seem to keep up with his laundry. I have no complaints at all.
