We have residents in their early 60's all the way to 100 years of age.  The average age of our residents are earlier 80's.  They love to play Bingo, play cards, social hours, and participate in events around the community.

Yes, we love when Residents bring their pets.  Small dogs are allowed on leash around the inside of the community.  We do not have a fenced in pet area on our community but we do have 115 acres of space available for walks and play time. 

If {provider.name} accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?

Weekly letters go out to the families with community updates.  These letters are also posted on our website.  We also have a monthly news letter as well as a Facebook page for the families to follow.  

How does {provider.name} keep residents' families informed about their loved ones?

We have nursing onsite 24/7 as well as Med Techs and CNA's.  Our staff to resident ration for our Green House Memory Care is 1:4.

What is the care staff-to-resident ratio at {provider.name} during daytime and nighttime hours?

All transportation associated with scheduled outside activities are included.  Outside of activities, we provide one trip per month. Upon request, the Community will assist with arrangements for medical, dental or mental health services based on Resident’s needs.  Any additional transports, the Resident will be charged $2.00 a mile. 

What transportation services does {provider.name} offer to assisted living residents?

We have an on-call pendant system for each resident that allows them to call for assistance no matter where they are in the building.  We also have emergent pull cords in each room.  Lastly for those residents that may have cognitive decline, are prone to wander but are not ready for a secure memory care unit, we have Wander Guards, which locks all outside doors when the resident gets near them keeping the resident safely inside the building unless being accompanied by staff.   

What safety features or security measures does {provider.name} offer to assisted living residents?

We offer all day restaurant-style dining.  Our dining room is open from 7:00am-6:30pm.  Daily specials are available as well as our All Day Menu.  We have a main dining room as well as an Café Bistro where snacks are available 24/7 and where special events/special meals are held.   

What makes the chef or dining program at {provider.name} exceptional? What kind of menu can assisted living residents expect?

We are an ECC licensed community allowing residents to age in place.  Therapeutic and nursing service are available in house.  We also have a Skilled Nursing Facility (Bartram Crossing) located in the same building.  Lastly, in 2022, there will be a 60 bed Inpatient Rehab Hospital located on our campus.

We have 115 acres of natural woods surrounding our campus.  We have walking trails around our fountain and pond.
