Since my mom has moved in at the beginning of January she has had her laundry done approximately 3 times, sheets changed never, full housekeeping never, as far as I can tell. Toilet filthy, floor in bathroom filthy…. I’m doing laundry and housekeeping when I visit. These amenities are clearly stated as included in the information we received prior to moving her in. I have reached out more than once about my concerns with no response. I gave 3 stars reluctantly, but feel it’s appropriate because of the kindness the care takers and employees show to them. I will say that my parents enjoy the many activities and food options that are provided, so this review is not to suggest the facility itself is not a nice place, however it takes nearly every penny my parents receive each month and they deserve everything that was promised to them and that they are paying for.

Canterbury Arms only has 10 residents, so the care and attention residents receive is excellent, the food is superb, the rooms, while modest are fully furnished, and quite adequate, and they have some sort of activity almost daily. They even bring in entertainment. I couldn't be happier with it.

Horrible, horrible. Mom left far worse than when she entered. We both believe she was unnecessarily sedated. We were lied to when we were preparing to leave this terrible place at the end of one week. We were told that Mom\'s insurance company would refuse to pay anything if she left before the end of the standard two week rehab stay. That she would be personally responsible for the time she\'d been there. Run away from this place.

Our caregiver is great. She does what I ask or need. My mother is very pleased with the service she is getting from Home Instead. She has just started but we stopped because of the COVID for now. Her caregiver was helping her with personal care. She did a great job. She did everything that was asked of her. We never had a problem with billing and scheduling. It was a set schedule, and she was always here on time.
